Big updates to the PI Classroom!!

I've been busy rebuilding the PI Classroom from scratch.  New software, new features as well. And let me tell you Joomla can be painful to upgrade!  After a couple of false starts with the upgrade I finally just wiped it all out and started from scratch. 

This was a huge pain, however, in the end it made it a much better site.
